When I contracted with them, they were extremely helpful in working with my roof installers to ensure their timing coincided as my A/C unit is up on the roof, which was also being replaced. They were prompt and they took the time to ensure i understood my new thermostat. Their salesperson then visited me a week later to ensure the system was working properly and that i was happy with my new system (yes and yes!).
