“My technician Houston came out and performed my annual bronze service. I have bitched for two years that my gaspack was undersized as it never shut off during the hot summer. Houston found an air leak on the outside duct work return air side and repaired it. Now I have a properly installed and operating system. I salute Houston for his time and professionalism on my project. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff at Hamstra. Two years is to long to get it right.”
