“I was a little worried about the cooling ability of an 11 year old mini split in my art studio. I did not purchases it from Hamstra. I called Hamstra because they have been my HVAC company for the last 10 years. Mid july, hot and and humid, I had no idea they would be able to send a service man over in 2 days, Sunday morning. Turns out everything was fine, Jeff checked out the entire system and gave me good advice about the most efficient way to use the mini split for the erratic times that I spend in the studio in the summer. I had no problem paying the service call fee for peace of mind.”

It is such a good feeling to know that I can trust them to do the work well and at a fair price. “My technician Houston came out and performed my annual bronze service. I have bitched for two years that my gaspack was undersized as it never shut off during the hot summer. Houston found an air leak on the outside duct work return air side and repaired it. Now I have a properly installed and operating system. I salute Houston for his time and professionalism on my project. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff at Hamstra. Two years is to long to get it right.”

The person servicing our unit got it up and running but after he left we felt no cool air. Turns out he forgot to turn the disconnect back on on the outside unit. Thankfully, we figured it out on our own.
