“Shane came for spring check up & most things passed. My surge protector for the a/c unit needed replacement & he found items on the air scrubber that needed replacement. Some were under warranty. Some weren't. But I read that the scrubber also captures larger particles that if I didn't use might let them get into & damage the coils. I elected to maintain the scrubber & preserve the coils.
Shane was friendly & professional.

“Steven Figueroa was the lead installer for three simultaneously installed units – two heat pumps for heating and cooling and a mini-split wall-mounted until for heating and cooling.. This was a challenging job, especially because this is an owner built home where not only the functioning of the units but their esthetic fit were critical to the success of the final outcome.
