“Several weeks ago I had called and asked if they could come in the morning instead of the afternoon. I had a doctor appt. They had said yes but today when I called to see when about they might be there, the change had not been made. They were super nice and someone arrived a couple hours later to do the work. Repair man was also very nice and knew what he was doing.”
