We have loved the Amana brand but this summer has been rough with three unusual break downs. The techs that have come out this summer ( Richard X 3, Houston x 1) were knowledgable, polite, efficient and appeared to do their very best to get our a/c functioning at top notch again! The whole team bent over backwards to ensure that we had a positive experience and our installation technician, David, was a pleasure to work with.
