“Richard was such an excellent technician. He helped me reconnect my Smart Thermostat to the Resideo iPhone app that can control heating/cooling scheduling. The app was offline for two days and I had tried everything to reconnect it to the thermostat – but no luck. Richard solved the problem and showed me how to reset the scheduling options. He definitely was an expert at dealing with this type of problem. MANY THANKS.”
