“The coil on the outside unit developed a large refrigerant leak and Hamstra did the initial diagnosis and final repair. The part took about a week to be delivered and during that time Hamstra made multiple service calls to keep my AC functioning until the new coil arrive. I only paid for one service fee but nothing for material. The unit broke down the latter part of July so Hamstra accommodating my household during the hottest time of year was a life saver and much appreciated. The actual repair was performed in a few hours and they had my house cooling in time to enjoy the weekend worry free. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be renewing my annual service contract with Hamstra.”
