“We needed a whole new AC unit when ours failed during 100+ weather. Ryan, Heather, Andres , Elizabeth, Alex and Michael were fabulous, pleasant, quick to problem solve and kind. They were able to bring out a portable unit right away to keep our bedroom cool until they could do install about 5 days later. I didn’t have to wait endlessly to reach someone or to get answers. Granted, they had given us an estimate 9 months earlier so that probably helped expedite things but I feel confident they would have done everything possible to help us quickly even if that weren’t the case. Installation was completed yesterday and I feel human again.”

“Our central air conditioning stopped functioning a few days ago. I wasn't able to call Hamstra, with whom I have been doing business for nearly 30 years, until just before 5 p.m. that afternoon, but they were able to have a technician check the system the next morning. Zachary was able to locate and fix the problem very quickly and to check the entire system for correct operation at the same time. That was just outstanding service!!!! This is just what I have come to expect from Hamstra after many years of working with them on several residences with a variety of different HVAC installations.
