“Our annual Heating maintenance service was carried out this morning (12/11/2025). Richard was our technician. Although we have been serviced by Hamstra every year for about 15 years or so, this was his first time for Richard at our house. He was very cordial and thorough. He explained everything about our heating service. Also, today was very special, in that he installed the new thermostat that we had requested from Hamstra. This was the first new thermostat in our house (our old thermostat had been there for 30 years). He explained the workings and usage of the new thermostat very well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services that Richard provided us today. We would certainly want him to return for our next (fall) service.”
