“I needed replacement filters for my split system on the roof. When I called, Jen helped me. It didn’t look like it was in stock because it is an uncommon size. She went out of her way to check with the warehouse anyway. When it wasn’t there, offered to look at the price of a custom order. The price was exorbitant so she gave me the name of another company that carries unusual sizes. I was amazed and grateful that she would do that. I bought the filters at a significantly lower price. She even checked back in with me to see if my need was satisfied. She is an outstanding employee and displays the best of Hamstra. She reflects the best of your company and should be recognized as such. Because of Jen I will be a Hamstra company for life.”

“Brian came to diagnose an issue with our A/C unit on a Monday, and returned later in the week to fix the issue when a part arrived. My mom was at our home watching my kids at both visits. My toddler had just fallen asleep in the living room when Brian arrived, and he was purposely quiet to avoid waking the kids. So extremely thoughtful! I have always had a great experience with Hamstra with AC install and seasonal maintenance; and this instance with repair was no different. I also very much appreciate that the text message before service shows a photo of the employee so we know who to expect at our home. Thank you for another great experience!
