Summary
Interaction with internal and external clients over the phone and in person. Schedule appointments and work orders to meet client needs in areas of system maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. Perform outbound initiatives to drive business demand, while also supporting administrative tasks/requirements of the service department using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist in specialty areas of commercial, Choice Service Club (CSC) maintenance plans, schedule sales estimate appointments, and assist with other calls coming into the organization. The role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact and should be focused on connecting our new and existing clients with our schedules in the way that best serves them and the organization. The CSR will determine the success or outcome of each call and should be focused on building value throughout the call as to why they made the right choice by calling our company and view every call as an opportunity. The representative will provide an unmatched client experience and appropriately support and represent Hamstra mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven client service experience
- Professional phone etiquette
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Follow written and oral directions

- High level of attention to detail, organization, and task follow-thru
