“After receiving 2 other estimates, I contacted Hamstra. Consultant Ryan came out and went over everything with me and I was pleasantly surprised at the savings I was going to see with this locally owned company. I wasn't having to pay for expensive advertising. Project manager Travis looked over the proposed unit and arranged to have Arcadian (Daniel) come out for vent cleaning. Matt and Alex were the gas/heat installers and I was extremely happy with how well the install went. They did an excellent job with minimal noised and great cleanup. I had one small hole cut into ceiling where the new thermostat was placed, which Hamestra arranged with Resiliante to drywall and repaint. One month after install, I had another visit to go over everything and to be sure I knew how to use the thermostat with switching from cool to heat. I never felt pressured and all my concerns were addressed. I recommend Hamstra from their professional employees to their excellent installation. They offer an outstanding warranty package as well. I'm pleasantly surprised at how low my electric bill is. Should have done this years ago. Thanks Hamstra! I don't dread the summers any more.”
