“Maintenance found a need for repair. Had to replace the coolant and coils. Coolant must be similar to a liquid form of gold. The job needed to be done and was partially covered by warranty. Hamstra kept me completely aware of the problem and solution with photos and explanations.”

“We had another company come out that gave us an estimate that included repairs that didn’t need to be done. Word of mouth I called and boy oh boy the got the job. They brought us portable ACs for the house that helped. 4 days without AC sucks don’t know how the people can be without. Excellent price too. “It's hard to know where to start: returning to a warm home on the evening of July 3, we realized our AC wasn't working. Called Hamstra 7am on July 4 to leave a message, when courteous voice asked "How can I help?" I learned a repair technician would arrive in a few hours and soon our AC was operational. The culprit was a "fried mother board." The estimate to repair our 14 YO unit was provided in a few working days with pros and cons of repair vs replacement discussed; we decided it was time for a new HVAC unit. Options were explained in detail, cost of different models was presented, payment plans described and our decision made. Marco and Frankie expertly installed the new unit on July 15. Hamstra service has always been extraordinary!”

“Our AC unit had failed and we lost cooling for a week. Shane came over the same day and identified our issue which was a combination of a major leak and outdated equipment. He was very knowledgeable and gave us advice of what to do, what could happen, future issues, and what not to waste our money on. Not wanting to buy the replacement part and risk a future problem, we decided to replace our entire unit and equipment. We had just bought our home a few months ago and wanted to start fresh with a new reliable and efficient unit. Lary was our salesperson, who also came the same day. He was great and very informative. He guided us through the whole process, answered all my questions, compared everything, helped us decide what was right for us, made everything understandable, and did not push us. Michael, David, and Alejandro installed our unit and we were very satisfied by their work and how approachable they were. They took care of everything and worked really hard in scorching temperatures. It was over 100 degrees outside and the attic was 130 degrees, so we appreciate them working very hard to help us get our AC back. Hamstra is one of the best HVAC companies I've ever worked with. It was so easy to get in contact with them, especially after hours, and the experience was unlike anything else. They were quick and swift with getting us the help we needed. The staff, sales, and technicians were informative, knowledgeable, nice, and great people with excellent work ethic.”
