“Prior to our summer bronze maintenance visit, we received an email from Hamstra about TEP’s Coil Cleaning Program, which provides a $80 rebate for up to two AC units. We upgraded to the Silver program which includes coil cleaning for an additional $138. Technician Richard came out today and did a remarkable job. The coils were far dirtier than I expected, so this was a godsend. Richard is knowledgeable, proficient, and meticulous, despite the 100+ degree heat (probably 150+ in my 2nd story attic). I hope to get Richard next time.”

“Everyone was absolutely wonderful to us. Everything was explained, options discussed, and all made sure we were taken care of until our new AC system could be installed. For the most part, all went smoothly. There were a few problems, but all were resolved quickly.
The pricing was fair, and everything was discussed so there were no surprises.

“We have used HAMSTA for many years. We appreciate their service contracts since otherwise, we would forget to make an appointment to have our unit serviced. Richard, an experienced tech, has always been professional and has explained in detail (including photos of our unit) what is required to have it running efficiently. I had recently told him we would be having all our tile removed. He suggested that since there would be a large amount of dust in the air it could affect the AC motor, and made suggestions as to how to alleviate the problem. We’re happy HAMSTA is on our side!”
