“I had been having issues with my mini-splits (installed by Hamstra a few years ago), and was unable to get a same-day appointment. I was worried about my parrot, who needs a maximum temperature of around 80 degrees. My home thermostat was already showing low to mid 80s – and it was not yet the hottest part of the day. I contacted a friend who recently had a mini-split installed in her home by Hamstra that she is very pleased with. She contacted Lary Gorsky who followed up with me, offering to bring a portable ac unit to my home after hours. I was very grateful that my parrot would be ok overnight! When Lary got to my home, he had already contacted Daniel, a technician who had also agreed to come by to take a look at my 4-unit mini-split system. Together, they figured out the problems and reset all of my units. Daniel even checked my roof condenser. I was very grateful for their after-hours work on an extremely hot day. The mini-splits continued to running smoothly overnight and the next day – and are still performing great. After several years of on-and-off issues with these units, their services – including updating the settings on four controllers, really changed my life! My parrot and I very much appreciate their going above and beyond to satisfy their customers!”
