1. SPONSOR

The HVAC System Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Hamstra Heating and Cooling, located at 4389 N Highway Dr, Tucson, AZ 85705 (“Sponsor”).

All questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void outside Arizona and wherever prohibited by law.

Additional Eligibility Requirement: Customer must have an existing HVAC unit older than 12 years.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on Monday, January 12 and ends on February 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

  • One residential HVAC system consisting of an American Standard Single Stage Package Unit or Standard Split System replacement
  • Standard installation, including labor and standard materials required to replace the existing system*
  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,000

Installation Terms

  • Installation must occur at a residential property within Sponsor’s Arizona service area.
  • Home must be structurally suitable for installation as determined by Sponsor’s technicians.
  • Additional non-standard work, including but not limited to duct replacement, electrical upgrades, asbestos abatement, structural modifications, or code-required improvements, is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
  • Installation must be completed within 90 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. MARKETING CONSENT

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.

Participants may opt out at any time following Sponsor’s standard unsubscribe procedures.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by Sponsor based on its internal determination process.

All decisions regarding the Giveaway, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, or mail within 5 business days of winner selection.

To claim the prize, the selected winner must, within 7 days of notification:

  1. Confirm eligibility;
  2. Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law);
  3. Provide any information required for tax reporting (e.g., IRS Form W-9).

Failure to respond within the required timeframe, inability to verify eligibility, or refusal to sign required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or prize receipt.
  • Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
  • Disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process or violate the official rules.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for Giveaway administration and marketing communications.
