As a company, we are taking precautions before, during and after our onsite visits to help ensure the safety of our clients and team members, including:
- Following all CDC and WHO guidelines
- Practicing social distancing (in office and on job sites)
- Daily office and vehicle sanitation
- Personal Protective Equipment (disposable gloves, masks as required, and shoe covers)
- Client qualification (verify no one in the home/office is experiencing symptoms prior to sending our technician)
- Daily management safety check-ins with all team members
One client noted, after their service call, “Technician did a great job only touching the things I asked him to, he changed gloves at every unit (I have 5) looks like you guys are on top of things to keep us safe thank you!”
We know that the wellbeing of your family and comfort of your home is more important now than ever and we do not take our responsibility lightly. We will continue to monitor CDC recommendations and adjust our protocols as needed.
