2020 April Newsletter
With so much uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 virus, we want to reassure you that we are available for service and here to help with any questions you may have regarding the maintenance and servicing of your HVAC equipment.
We are doing everything that we can to minimize risk and protect your safety and that of our team members. Our team is taking extra precautions before, during, and after our appointments. We are regularly reviewing our company-wide health and safety protocols to follow the latest recommendations from professional health organizations and the CDC. This includes changing gloves and shoe covers between every visit, performing daily and weekly sanitizing of vehicles, and pre-screening clients before dispatching to assess any factors that may put our service team at risk. One client noted after their service call, “Richard did a great job only touching the things I asked him to, he changed gloves at every unit (I have 5) looks like you guys are on top of things to keep us safe thank you, awesome job Richard!”
We appreciate your cooperation and effort in doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our community. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Please find a couple useful links below:
Don’t Get Burned. Keep Your Home Cool This Summer!
Would you drive your car every day without getting it tuned up? Why would you do that to your Air Conditioner?
Your Heating and Cooling system is the most expensive appliance in your home and has the largest effect on your energy bills. According to Energy Star, “As much as half of the energy used in your home goes to heating and cooling.”
Regular system maintenance not only ensures that your system is running efficiently and at peak performance, but also helps to prevent breakdowns and future system related issues.
We take pride in being your company of choice for servicing your equipment.
“In a recent incident regarding the breakdown of my heating system, the Hamstra team handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner. I have been a “bronze” service member for the past few years and, without exaggeration, every routine visit or other service call has been handled by friendly, courteous and knowledgeable people.”
